30 Minute Mozzarella & Ricotta Kit

Great kit for cheese making. This was my very first time and this kit made it easy. Directions were easy to follow and it was nice having all the tools necessary for a successful cheese making experience.

Fun and delicious

I made mozzarella with my 2 grandsons age 6 and 8. It was great and they loved the finished product. Not too time consuming so they stayed engaged.

Great kit!

My partner had mentioned wanting to make mozzarella and ricotta, so this was the perfect birthday gift for him. You don't need a kit to make cheese, but it makes for a great present, and it's so convenient having the booklet along with the few specialty ingredients needed. Personally I don't need a thermometer since I have a better one already, but everything else in the kit is a "consumable" item so it's okay. We haven't made the cheese yet, but he loved the present!
