Cheese gloves

I had ordered the mozzarella making kit and these gloves were included in the purchase. This was my first time making cheese and when I was suppose to heat the cheese up to ~130 f so I could stretch it out, I didn’t know I should let it sit for a while and I started working with the cheese immediately. I had these gloves on and wasn’t bothered at all by the heat. They did great for my beginner mistake as well as kept all liquid out of them. No leaks, no heat and had a good texture for gripping.

I bought the gloves to make mozzarella cheese as it was to hot for me without gloves. I assumed they were thicker to prevent heat on my hands. But they are not thicker. However I have used them for multiple other things and will use them for making mozzarella with cotton gloves under.

These glovers were great for making mozzarella! Would definitely buy again.
