Bought this to accompany a charm (gold diopside - I think ) my neck is small and I wanted it to rest right above my collarbone so requested to have it cut to 14inches and it falls exactly where I wanted 💚 Like everything else I’ve bought from them I rarely take off the jewelry and have had zero issues.
