Deliverey must be assured

I am pleased with the bird bath. However, it was not delivered. Worse even, the store it was sent to was closed for the day and also when I went the following day. I have difficulty walking because of a cast and can not drive - so to say that I was vexed is an understatement. Will never order from an outlet that uses canprev.
