Baby Unicorn

I've been ordering these for years, have spent hundreds of dollars. This year I purchased 5 and this will be my last year purchasing. The customer service has gone downhill drastically. The company claims that we will be 100% satisfied with our photo, but that's not true anymore. Whenever I try to talk to customer service, the tone is pretty snarky, I feel like I'm putting them out with whatever I requested. I do want to add that in the beginning, about 4 years ago, the customer service was outstanding. This time I actually settled for not great photos because I felt like customer service was getting angry with me. I don't even want to give it another shot. Thanks for listening.

My little one loved it!

This was for my 5 year granddaughter. She loved it! My daughter and son in law said it was of great quality. I ordered 8 1/2 x11, next time I will order a larger size.
