The quality & personalization on my gifts were perfect! I received pictures of my gifts before as they were being sent out and received an email with expectations for delivery & an offer to tie the bows on if they were being delivered to the recipient. I purchased the grandma necklace, yet our grandma spells it differently. Love Leigh gifts, graciously changed it to her way of spelling it as well as sent me what it would love like for my final ok. Love Leigh communicate with me through huge purchase to the edit change to the shipping info to even check how we liked it. Our Gramma :), absolutely loved it. It is stunning!!

I love how much thought and care you put into the gift box and wrapping. I liked how you checked back in with me as well. The only thing I would share is the clasp of the necklace is pretty small and it was hard to get on.
