Great taste and texture!

Just the right amount of spice. Not so hot that it can't be enjoyed. LOVE the texture; cannot believe it is really mushroom. Does not have any of the unpleasant fake food taste of other vegan jerky brands. Great snack. Looking forward to trying other flavors.
