Rare leather quality that is...wow

When I received my personal leather journal I was immediately impressed with the quality of the beautiful thick leather. The stitching and edges are perfect. My name engraved is subtle yet noticeable. The paper is high quality. What more can I say...wow, this is rare leather quality!!!

i gave the directions for the leather front to be done and it was done incorrectly. i even went as far as emailing the company to ensure it was done properly and they responded saying absolutely and that they would do it right. i received the journal and it was half customized on the front. the part that was most important that i reached out about simply wasn’t done, after receiving verification that it would be done correctly and even though i requested a proof of the work just to make sure this gift was correctly executed, i was told they don’t send proofs. if you’re going to offer customization and then ensure that it will be done right, do it right. it’s pretty simple. i reached out about the fault and never heard back. bad customer service. on top of that i paid for expedited shipping with fedex and received the journal not fast and through usps. very poorly done.
