No Response From Fairy Glen

I can't really rate the fairy because it arrived broken. I phoned several times-no response. I took photos of the broken fairy and sent it through email, as requested and received no response. I finally had to get my credit card company involved for a refund. To date, I still have not received a response from Fairy Glen. There are several other products I would like to purchase, but based on my experience with the Stargazer Fairy, I am reluctant.
