Arrived Broken

It would have been very nice but it arrived broken along with 2 others that I ordered that also arrived with damage and broken pieces. These appear to have been packaged broken as packaging was not damaged and they were packed really well. I have ordered from Fairy Glen many times in the past with excellent results so this was very disappointing. I emailed the store Fairy Glen and am awaiting a reply.
