Good product great little pond

The wooden pond is great it ticks all the boxes for ease if assembly and looks. The finish is a little less than expected the top edge only fits where it touches so to speak but on the bright side I can slip the pond pump cable in the gap. Communication was a bit poor as I asked about delivery of item, the advert stated ‘delivery 17 July’ but it arrived 10 days after. And no one knew if it was out for delivery. I was told delivery was 5 to 10 days after you were informed of dispatch. I got an email in the morning telling me it was out for delivery, which I had literally just read, and a chap arrived telling me he had a delivery of wood for me .??? Wood…?? It was the pond. Will buy from them again but will take into account their rather bizarre delivery timings
