Excellent product for the bitter cold. It is keeping me nice and warm in my home during this terrible winter because my house has no heat. The best part if it is that it covers the neck. Most cold weather hats do my. But this cowl does. It is like turning anything you wear into a warm hoodie. It is also very comfortable and doesn’t make you feel like you’re smothering.
