Love the concept, Unhappy with the result

I like the idea of the trim however once I installed the product, it shrank! I laid the trim out so I wasn’t stretching or pulling it. I peeled the backer off and pressed it into the edge then used the tool provided in the kit to fully seat it all into place. I cut it according to the type of corner or end that I needed and it looked great after installation. Then after a day or so all of it shrank roughly 1/2”-1” on each end.. I ordered just enough to complete the job I was working on, with little no extras (60ft) I will now have to order more trim to replace the pieces that are too short. However, I’m considering going a different route because of what the results were after installing this product.
