Amazing Gravy

Every jar of gravy from Jersey Italian is superb! It is all homemade and every flavor is amazing. We love all of them.

This sauce is great straight out of the jar!

Both the Brooklyn and Holiday sauces are superb. A small suggestion: bottle your stuff in 16oz jars in addition to the larger ones. I buy Michael’s of Brooklyn gravy in 16 oz jars, not because it’s better than yours (it’s good, but it’s not better; Jersey is the best), but because sometimes, the smaller jar is more useful/less wasteful. That said, I realize that s second set of jars is a logistical and financial pain in some body part. But keep up the great work.
