This is the single fastest thing you can do to take your look up a notch! I have a funny shaped head where headbands usually slide off, but with the adjuster on this it’s never an issue. I keep my braid hanging away from other things when not in use to keep it in great shape. The color didn’t match at first and customer service immediately sent me a color they thought would work better and it matches exactly. The product is awesome but the customer service is exceptional. I ordered literally right before Christmas and didn’t think I’d get a response back for a while when the color didn’t match, but they wrote back right away and made sure I was happy with everything. I wish this company and their customers the very best!
