Can't tighten your Dream's steam valve enough to make espresso?

If you're reasonably handy, you can fix this! For Ascaso Dream, 2012 and newer. You'll need a pair of these gaskets and a I.2302 6.5x4mm Steam Valve Gasket, which does not seem to be sold separately here, but you can get it and the holder here. You'll need snap ring pliers. If you don't know what those are, find somebody who does. When you fix it, you'll be happy. And you won't ever over-tighten the steam value again.
