Delicious and flavourful chamomile
Before I had Shibui tea at a breakfast place, I thought chamomile tea tasted basically lile hay mixed with cardboard. I requested it because my stomach felt off and I didn’t want to drink coffee. I was so amazed at how delicious it tasted. And I guess the difference is Shibui uses real chamomile flowers. I could see tons of them in the bag. Also the bags are great. They do not make the tea taste like paper, as some paper bags do. Very best chamomile tea I’ve ever had. Now it’s on regular rotation in my house.
