First, Soul Ceramics gives the most detailed customer service of any business I've encountered. I highly recommend using them if they have the product you're after. I tried them because shipping was free on my item and it arrived quickly. As for the clay extruder... it is easy to use and seems sturdy. It does require some strength to squeeze the handle. It makes nice clean coils. The die it comes with produces coils that are a little large for me, so I ordered some other variations. Cleaning the extruder is not difficult, but does take some effort. Overall, I'd recommend it if you have trouble rolling uniform coils.
