Adjusting tuning with pliers. (Not recommended).

Excellent as always with FiddlerShop. My luthier claims my pegholes, (rebushed a century ago?) are totally inconsistent in bore across the scroll explaining why (?) I lost patience recently and grabbing a pair of pliers to adjust one broke the peg. Duh! Additionally now, my fiddle is highly annoyed with me and refuses to emit a lovely sound. (Sigh).

No string holes in the pegs

Be aware that there are no string holes in these pegs. How are you supposed to tune the strings without a stringhole in the peg? I don't know if this review should be 3 star or 1 star.
