Exceeded expectations

I was slightly nervous to open the box when my ring arrived, knowing that returning it wasn’t an option being a made to order eternity ring. When I eventually did, I was absolutely thrilled with what I found. The ring is beautiful. I adore the style, which is classic without looking in any way old fashioned. The diamonds sparkle beautifully and I am nothing short delighted. This is my second purchase from Kimai, having bought a bracelet a year ago - again another lovely piece. I highly recommend. If I had any suggestions where to improve, it would be customer communication. I would have appreciated an email to say everything was fine and work was underway. This would helped build confidence when purchasing an expensive item.

Sparkling - from beginning to end

I love both my Kimaï rings. I am so happy with the design and the quality. The customer service was excellent, from picking the best pieces for me all the way through to the delivery. I would (and have) recommended Kimaï to everyone! Thanks L
