Big fold creases on tie, smaller creases that cannot be removed

The only positive about this was that the item was delivered promptly. The tie came in packaged folded up, but the fold creases are so stubborn that I cannot remove them even after ironing it. There were small wrinkles I also could not remove with ironing.
