Replaced a problem cartridge without hassle

The new cartridge works fine. What I would remark on is the excellent customer service response when the first cartridge that was shipped did not fit into the printer. You shipped a cartridge from a different manufacturer immediately without additional cost to me. The second cartridge fit perfectly and is working well. Great response.

I purchased 3 toner cartridges for my Samsung printer a few weeks ago. Surprisingly, they arrived within a few days! I was totally impressed! So far, I have only started using one cartridge, but it is working beautifully and was very easy to insert into the printer. Thanks! I will definitely be purchasing others!
