Compatible Brother DR 420 -Drum

Had some initial problem with the compatibility of the Drum with my Brother printer but after a phone call to your company I got an email as to how to solve the problem.

I was worried about the word 'compatible', but it is excellent, and far less expensive than the original Brother unit. I would buy it again when needed.
