I purchased my printer on a huge sale - paid $69.99 for it. When I started getting black blotches, I realized I had to replace the part that the toner slides into - which was $143.00 pretty much everywhere (staples, best buy, amazon). Since I am retired and no longer have a huge need to print things, I decided I would just go to my mother's house and use her printer. To pay almost double the purchase price for a "part" was ridiculous. Then I found an ad on facebook for Quest4Toner and thought I'd try it.
