I recently bought five cartridges from Quest4Toner. Upon receipt and installation I was experiencing a problem with one of them. I contacted Quest4Toner and explained my problem. Their response was excellent, without hesitation they accepted my explanation and advised me that a replacement would be shipped immediately. I received a email and tracking number for Canada Post the same day. That's what I call service. Thanks Quest Toner Don Hehr

The first one I bought was defective they sent me another right away and it worked fine
