Good as new

This cartridge replaced an original brand ink cartridge and works great. No problem installing it in the printer and cartridge was recognized by the printer immediately. Ink quality appears to be of the same level as original brand. Customer service from Quest4toner was great.

First time user

The ink is excellent and I will know better when I need a refill as to whether or not the refills are consistent and last as long as Canon's refills. As to Customer Service, I have not had an opportunity to interact with your department.
