Gave this a try at home and thought the low may have been a bit low and the realised the return was lowing over the water intake. Moved it to clear water and away it went. excellent flow.

I've only had it for a week and have just been testing it but so far, so good. It's a nice quality, solidly built unit. It runs quietly and the max flow rate is as stated. I've connected it to a PowerTech speed controller from Jaycar to be able to vary the flow and haven't had any problems with this setup.
