This happens to be an excellent product. The player sounds awesome in the pool. I tried different buds sizes & shapes till I found the ones I liked. After a few swims,I noticed one of the buds tore. I photographed the torn bud and sent it to underwater audio just to show them which one of the several pairs that came with the player that got damaged, and I offerred to purchase another pair, because I enjoyed them so much. Less than a week later, I received a new pair sent priority mail. The underwater audio people were kind enough not to charge me. I should also mention that they returned my inquisitive emails within a few minutes when I was researching this purchase. Like several others have said, I am also swimming for longer times due to the music being so good! Kudos!!
