Having concluded months of research, these pulls appeared to meet the ideal for our custom desiged piece. On faith, we took the words of the handful of reviews Inspire Hardware had online and, Our woodworker cautioned us about offshore manufacturers, even Etsy, citing engineering, return, delay and other issues he continually encountered. When I handed these off, he was extremely impressed and relieved to be finishing our furniture with quality similar to what he employs in crafting his unique pieces. He and we have dedaceds-long backgrounds in graphic design and engineering, and gifted (for better or worse) with creative thought and often "too"-high standards (a plus in business, but all too rare in broad-scale manufacturing). The piece was actually conceived as the focal point in an interior design project that I'd been envisioning and hoping for for many years. We'll photograph the final piece and hand off the shot for the woodworker for his online gallery if he wishes. The quality of the pulls put to bed any concerns we might have had up front re cost, returns/restocking etc. The company was a pleasure to work with, lived up to their online presence...even delivered (serendipitously) before we expected.
