Seller needs to be more cognisant re what definitions are wrt shipping and processing statements. Also needs to work on the messages sent from shop app to the customer as it is very misleading right now. I would not bother with purchasing another item due to the way my order was handled and regardless of the quality of the item, the seller is quite naive in the business world.. Communication with seller in the shop app was very poor as well. Sorry but not a great experience!
