If you want something that stabilizes your hamstrings and adductors these are far superior to Nike running tights

Good for basketball

I got these for indoor basketball and summer soccer: times when I wanted to stay cool. They definitely delivered on that front. The compression in the 2XU Light Speed compression tights feels more effective but other than those, these are my favorite compression tights. The stretch feels like it would work well for leg day in the gym, too. The medium works very well for me. I am 6' and 195 pounds.
