Never again

I don't know how you are still in business. I ask questions and then have to drag answers out of you like there is only sacred information and I'm not part of the club. Your descriptions are not clear so I ended up with the Johnson controller but without the probe. I ask again and finally figure out what your answer is and I order the probe. You take my money, nothing for days. I'm forced to ask the status of the order and get short answers, that is, more delays. I still don't have the probe and had to do a work around. On the other hand, I guess I should be grateful since your failure to supply the product forced me into a work around that was better than the original plan. But still, the attitude and the failure to deliver convinces me to put you on my never again list.
