8 Pack of Maryland Crab Cakes (8 oz. each)

I paid $252.00 for 8 crab cakes plus next day air shipment. I ordered my cakes on Friday. I received the notice on Monday that the cakes had been shipped. I did not receive my crab cakes on Tuesday. I sent an email to let them know I did not receive my shipment. No reply. I emailed again on Wednesday stating that my shipment had not arrived and I was concerned if they would still be edible. At 3 pm on Wednesday they arrived. They were room temp and the dry ice bag was completely melted. I still have not received a reply from my emails. I will be contacting my credit card company and requesting they remove the charges. Terrible service!
