Britt Utility Pants in Dark Grey Canvas

Great pants!

These pants are perfect for yard work. I wore them all day yesterday--very comfortable. They fit better than any other work pants I've tried. I'm a size 4 usually and that is the size I bought in these pants as well. They are a little big in the waist but I where a belt and they fit great. They seem very well made.

Love them!

These fit great. I've been wearing them around the house to break them in and honestly wish I could find jeans cut exactly the same.

Dark gray canvas far superior to previous gray canvas!

First off, I love these pants. I bought 5 pairs of the previous version of these pants (in the Gray Canvas), and I really, really liked them. Unfortunately, the hip/thigh/butt was a little tighter than I liked to get the waist to fit properly (I refuse to wear a belt, so my pants have to stay up without one) and I ripped out the crotch in all 5 pairs in less than a year (significant rips that didn't seem feasible for repair). I have also always been blessed in the rear end and thighs, so that's a contributing factor as well. Needless to say, I was pretty bummed about that. But, overall, I loved the pockets and fabric so much that I was willing to give them another shot. And I'm soooo glad I did! The new Dark Gray Canvas seems to fit slightly different - it feels like I have more room in the crotch/butt/thighs in this version (I have 2 pairs in the new Dark Gray)! No major crotch blow outs yet, but I've only been wearing the new pairs for a month or so. Dovetail - I dont know if you made slight adjustments to the fit in the new dark gray, but please keep making the Britt Utility this way! The fit is perfect. Tight enough around the waist that I dont need a belt, but it feels like I have enough room now that I'm not going to blow out the crotch! As far as the rest of these pants go - I work in environmental restoration, and frequently work in very remote, heavily vegetated sites with lots of logs/rocks/river channels/etc, and regularly walk 10+ miles per day climbing over things and am constantly using all sorts of hand tools, power equipment, and jumping in and out of heavy machinery. Aside from the crotch blow outs (which I could have avoided with a bigger size and a belt), these pants have held up to whatever I've thrown at them. Two of the girls at my work now wear other styles of dovetail pants. Overall, I love these pants, and will continue to buy them!! Best women's work pants I've found so far!
