We dipped some pretzels and made some chocolate mint bark for Thanksgiving and the chocolate melts were perfect. They are delicious and creamy. We initially only bought 4 bags of the Merkens milk chocolate melts to test them out for our annual peanut butter balls. We are delighted to have bought 20lbs to use for them. We normally make about 1,000 every Christmas season.
