Bad products and service

The scooter arrived with a non-functional clamp. After two weeks a replacement arrived that didn't fit. I've had no response a full week later. Really bad experience.

Great beginner scooter I’m 5’7 and about 170 pounds and feels good to ride, but after getting comfortable and actually committing to the sport I would recommend upgrading to a bigger deck. 🔥🔥🔥
