I can't say enough great things about Clean Fuego; from top to bottom, their staff and products are #1. The overweight cleanfuego is great for warm-ups, great for throwing in general. Overall GREAT!

Outstanding training aid to improve spin efficiency. My 12 yo has an a great arm but his velocity was limited by gyro spin. The Clean Fuego has dramatically improved his spin rate and efficiency. There are other tools out there but CFs design and colors provide immediate feedback!
