Not what I expected

The picture does not match what the item is really like, and there should be more pictures on the site as it is so people can fully understand what they are buying. The pulls aren’t black, more of a gray. Which was disappointing. They are also more shiny then you think. Some of mine already came with small scratches right after opening them from bag. Not best quality. Now I am stuck with them because the site doesn’t offer full refund since you have to pay for shipping them back, poor policy and service. Don’t recommend.
