Ador Allure 3D Massage Chair

Great service amazing chair. We have had it a few weeks now and it gets used daily by the wole family without any issues.

Initial rating since the chair was delivered today. Purchased 11/30/2023 arrived 12/15/3023. After the chair was assembled (White Glove) delivery, the chair won't even turn on. Contacted Osaki and they say they're sending me a new remote because this one could be faulty. Now, I have to wait another 5 or more business days to try again. This is unacceptable for the amount of money these chairs cost! Maybe my rating will change once I get to actually use the chair but for now it's a 1 star.
