I email you with no reply. The product had punch through the box and was hanging out of the box . The packaging protection was zero. I want a refund for my damaged product.

Cannot buy a 3rd 12" J bracket for a 55" shelf. The fasteners provided would no get tight. Had to use other drywall fasteners, similar but better quality.
