Ptetty but Very Flimsy

It looks very pretty. Unfortunately, it's extremely flimsy. It's supposed to be adjustable, but you can't tighten it on your wrist because the material is weak and will just flop back open and fall off your wrist. I'm extremely careful and protective of my jewelry- I've been wearing my same pieces for literal decades. However, in just getting the bracelet out of the box, a blossom fell off. I never write bad reviews and typically just deal, but this was expensive and a big splurge for me, so I feel let down. :( Can I return it?
