Juggernaut classic duo step-over

I have not been able to test the bike because there is an error in the e-bike panel. I have been unable to speak to a representative from the company to assist me in resolving the problem. The e-bike did not include a manual and it was not practical to follow instructions on-line. In addition, I purchased additional lights and installing the additional bike parts has been challenging. It would have been a lot easier to get the bike all ready assembled, tested, and validated. At the moment, I need technical support to get back to me so that I complete the e-bike assembly and can be able to ride the bike and provide a better feedback on the bike performance.

Great bike

Loving the juggernaut classic duo. Got the bike a couple of weeks ago and have been putting some miles in it. Rides great, climbs hills easily, and battery life is good so far. Also, I can’t say enough about the customer support. Had a few minor issues after a few days of riding, kickstand lost a piece and the battery lock came loose. Reached out to biktrix and literally had replacement parts 2 days later. I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat.
