Great
I use this for freezing lemon/lime juice, ginger-garlic paste, tomato paste, coconut milk, all kinds of things where I might want a smaller portion. I fill halfway if I just want 1 tbsp. For the tomato paste, the cookie molds might have been better for how they're shaped, but I don't own that size.

Amazing
I bought a whole set of different sizes and it’s been amazing so far. First week with them I had days where I didn’t want to cook or needed lunch for work and it was so nice to be able to pick what I wanted and let my family choose their own meal. Because they were individually portioned, I didn’t have to defrost and entire meal that only one person wanted and watch the rest go to waste. Also love that if I don’t use up all of a sauce or ingredient, I can just freeze it into individual portions and use later.

Freezing herbs in souper cubes
I love this size to freeze my garden grown herbs. So much easier to pop out than ice cube trays!
