Bad service

The product is nice but your service is terrible. I ordered sheets that match the shams, but they never arrived and it took months of me asking where they were before a customer service rep told me they were no longer available. Months. So now I have shams that don’t match any sheets. I won’t be buying anything from Citizenry again.
