We have been using the R4 method for practice organization and game planning. It has streamlined the game planning process and simplified our thought processes.

I use the R4 system to ensure the WRs are in sync with the QB within our offense. My WRs understand how collision can impact the decision making of the QB post snap. They want to win their route vs a collision defender so I have a motivated group when I'm implementing drills working on techniques to neutralize the defenders weapons of route destruction.
