Excellent couch, delivery and customer service

I wanted a really stable, very comfy couch that looked very professional. This was perfect and came on next day free delivery. I had a question about the face cradle adjustment and they were great and sent a very helpful video. As a therapist and tutor I would highly recommend them.

5 stars for exceptional customer service. Love the quality of this bed as do my clients. Brilliant buy. Received free cradle covers with this order. Very very disappointed that the carry case was apparently packed separate under the cardboard at the bottom of the large box under another piece of cardboard, as I found out AFTER the large box was thrown away in the local tip as I thought it hadn’t been delivered with the parcel!!!! Gutted. Took bed out , box appeared empty- stuffed all bed packaging back in box not knowing it was tucked away at the bottom. Very upset about this.

Great bed, received a lot of compliments from clients. Sadly not received a free 100 covers. But massage bed is good, comfortable and stylish!
