Worth the money, durable, strong and resistant- Great buy!!

Not good with words For me the bands are great with all different ways to use them n the strengths in each helps to for the strength I need for different types of training They last for years I only replaced my last set because had for 4 yrs n my cat put a tiny hole in a couple so to safe replace 😊

I was missing the colored bands but contacted customer service and they are sending them. Too bad i won’t have them from the start of the challenge 🥲
