Mulberry Silk Robe - Kochi Blue

So. Let's cover the robe itself first - my wife loves it. The quality is outstanding and it's better than hoped for (unusual these days). The print is even better in person. BUT. The real story is Margaret and the customer service. We had a shipping error and the robe went to the wrong country. We didn't realize that at first but Margaret was in the game, following up almost every day. When we figured out the error, a replacement was shipped right away FEDEX which can't have been cheap. This kind of customer service and after the sale follow up is almost unheard of and I could not be happier with the whole process. Thank you all so much. I'll be back, I have two daughters........

This robe is beautiful! Almost makes me nervous to wear it. But it is lightweight and perfect for summer in the US.

When I decided that a large might fit me better, they were able to change my order before is shipped. The robe fits great and I love the design and softness. Beautiful robe.
