My husband loves this hot sauce so much that I ordered it for him all the way from Sicily. Currently sitting on our balcony enjoying the Sicilian sunset enjoying this delicious sauce.

Very earthy sauce, a little smoky, but that’s about it. I think it’s missing some tang from maybe vinegar. Good idea, but needs some more flavor.
