It has helped so much especially soothing the flaring of my daughter's eczema. She is 2 yrs old and its hard to keep her calm when her eczema is flaring up. But this product has helped not only sooth the itchiness but also smooth her skin. I love it and will be ordering more. I highly recommend

My grandson gets very dry flaky skin on his face and scalp. He scratches & rubs the areas and they often becomes bloody and worse. Frankies kawakawa balm is the only product that has healed this after trying perscibed creams, other providers balms ect. Now it's healing I use the oil to moisturize his skin. Another product I purchased from Frankies the shampoo bar is healing his scalp! Beyond amazing and I'm very happy
